Part Time Customer Service Representative (Banking Sector)
£13.33 per hour
Monday & Friday Only: 9am till 5.30pm | £10,397.40 per annum
Monday, Thursday, and Friday: 9am till 5.30pm | £15,596.10 per annum
Job Type: Initially 6 month FTC (Fixed Term Contract) - potential to go permanent after 6 months
Excellent Location: Central Birmingham, HYBRID Working: 50% office / 50% home (post training)

What you will do:
Handle customer queries via phone, email, secure messaging, and post.
Open and close accounts, update details, and maintain accurate records.
Provide excellent support, especially for vulnerable customers.
Manage high-volume calls and arrange callbacks as needed.
Assist with online registration and usage of our online systems.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints within SLAs.
Maintain confidentiality and secure customer data.
Contribute to improving the customer experience.
About you:
Proven customer service experience.
Familiarity with banking/CRM systems.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and work both independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points For:
Experience in banking, retail, or SME sectors.
Knowledge of Consumer Duty, GDPR, and the Data Protection Act.
