About the Role
You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth case management, supporting advisers, and keeping customers informed throughout the mortgage process.
Tasks will include:
* Organising and managing case files.
* Drafting suitability reports (Reasons Why Letters).
* Liaising with customers, lenders, and stakeholders to progress cases.
* Assisting with administrative tasks like document packaging and system updates.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in financial or mortgage services is a plus (but not essential).
