About the Role We’re looking for someone to help guide the design and testing of exciting projects. You’ll be working on a variety of research, development, and production programs in a collaborative environment. What You’ll Be Doing Stay up to date with EMC standards. Help with requirements reviews and make sure we’re meeting EMC compliance. Review test and control plans to ensure products are properly tested for EMC. Work with test houses to make sure they’re trained and ready to test the products. Attend testing sessions and resolve any issues that pop up. Estimate the time and effort needed for tests to keep things on track. Collaborate with the team during design reviews to keep everything moving smoothly. Break down complex technical details for less technical audiences. Troubleshoot EMC issues and recommend solutions with minimal hardware changes. Ensure we’re following the right government regulations when handling information. What We’re Looking For Must-Have: Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or similar experience). Solid experience with EMC requirements and testing. Experience working with test houses and ensuring EMC compliance.
