Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Office-based (Full-time & Part-time positions available)

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a proactive and driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to focus solely on generating leads and nurturing data. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for outbound sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in engaging with potential clients. While experience in a similar role is preferred, industry-specific knowledge is not essential as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify potential business opportunities
2. Generate high-quality leads/appointments and pass them to the Business Development Team
3. Research and gather data on target businesses to enhance lead quality
4. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through structured follow-ups
5. Engage with decision-makers to identify their needs and interest in our services
6. Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead information and call notes
7. Develop weekly reports and KPIs for lead generation
8. Support marketing initiatives by providing insights into customer feedback and trends
9. Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Previous experience in a lead generation, outbound sales, or telemarketing role
2. Confident and professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills
3. Ability to build rapport and establish meaningful conversations with key decision-makers
4. Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving lead targets
5. Organised with strong attention to detail for data collection and CRM management
6. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Freshworks) is advantageous but not essential
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
8. A positive and resilient attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt
