We Care
That’s why we need people like you. People who appreciate their role in helping others to be successful.
Are you a detail-oriented and highly organised administrator with a passion for data management and programme coordination? We’re looking for a Programme Administrator to join our dynamic team and support the successful delivery of our Programme of Works (POW).
The Role
As a Programme Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining and managing programme data using various IT systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity. You will work closely with the Capital Delivery Team, Programme Controller, and Resource Planner to provide essential updates and insights that drive informed decision-making.
Here are just some of the activities you will be involved with…
1. Use IT systems (such as SAP, Engineer Trackers, CRM, Design Trackers, Oracle) to collate, update, and maintain central programme data.
2. Ensure the timely and accurate input of project progress and commissioned assets while performing regular data audits to identify discrepancies.
3. Collaborate with the Capital Delivery Team to gather essential programme updates, supporting key reporting functions.
4. Assist the Resource Planner in maintaining workload and resource data, contributing to the IMRDS Resource Forecast Model.
5. Support the review of actual workload delivery against forecasts, monitoring variances and preparing summary reports.
6. Work alongside the Programme Reporting Analyst to ensure accurate data inputs for Power BI reports and dashboards.
7. Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination to support programme success.
We’d love to hear from you if…
You have strong IT skills and are experienced in using SAP and other corporate systems. Your keen attention to detail and excellent data manipulation skills allow you to manage large datasets accurately. With your analytical mindset, you can interpret data effectively to support decision-making.
Along with being highly organised, able to prioritise workloads, and thrive under tight deadlines. Your proactive approach means you can identify discrepancies and work collaboratively to resolve them. Above all, you enjoy working with data, take pride in upholding its integrity, and are eager to contribute to the efficient delivery of large-scale programmes.
