We are recruiting for a Parts Coordinator to join our client’s team in Coventry. This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest automotive companies, with a strong nationwide presence and long-term career potential.
The Role:
* Receive deliveries and dispatch parts.
* Completing all required parts checks using internal systems
* Distributing parts to the relevant vehicles on site
* Liaise with suppliers – pricing and providing quotes.
* Carrying out general administrative duties and other ad hoc duties as required
* Some heavy lifting may be required
What kind of person we are looking for?
* Strong Excel skills, including the ability to use VLOOKUP
* Confident navigating a parts catalogue or similar system
* High attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately
* Comfortable with manual handling tasks such as moving boxes and allocating parts
