Are you available immediately with payroll experience?
We are recruiting for a Payroll Clerk to support within an ongoing temporary assignment, with a potential to become permanent. This is a hybrid working position which will allow you the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week and the remaining 3 days in the office. You can be based in the office either in Boston or Spalding. Hours are 37 per week, 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and with an early 4:30pm finish on a Friday. You will have a 1 hour lunch break which can be amended to offer flexibility if you wish to start later and have a shorter lunch break.
This supportive company and team are looking for someone with payroll experience to start on the 13th January 2025. The hourly rate is £12 - £12.98ph depending on your experience.
Duties will include:
1. Processing expenses and payroll, processing 4 monthly payrolls
2. Calculating and processing payments such as sick pay, maternity pay, etc.
3. Acting as the first point of contact for payroll queries
4. Communicating relevant information to pension providers, HMRC, etc. Full training will be given on the system and Local Government Pension schemes.
This company is seeking someone with a high volume payroll background. Ideally, you will have dealt with a manual payroll.
