Roles & Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical support specialists, ensuring they provide high-quality service and meet performance goals. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce response times. Manage escalations and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, to address and resolve product-related issues. Monitor and report on team performance, including customer satisfaction metrics, resolution times, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and new technologies to provide the most effective support possible. Ensure that the technical support team adheres to company policies and procedures Ideally the candidate will have the following experience: A Positive / "Can Do" attitude. Managerial skills Technical knowledge Highly motivated. Honest and professional. IT literate. Flexibility (weekly over night stays) Excellent customer service skills Good time management.
