Mechanic Millwright - A in Cheswick, Pennsylvania
We are looking for a Mechanic Millwright to join our Pittsburgh (Cheswick) location.
Shifts: 1st Shift: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm to 11:30 am, or 3rd Shift: 11:30 pm to 7:30 am

Responsibilities:
1. Install, move, reconstruct, repair, and rebuild machines and major site equipment requiring planning and improvisation of methods.
2. Perform day-to-day repair, modification, and/or replacement of Test Loops.
3. Conduct PM work including laser alignment.
4. Machine repair parts as required.
5. Utilize mechanic’s hand tools, portable power tools, material handling equipment, pneumatic winches, hammer drills, large power hoists, ladders, scaffolds, cable slings, precision levels, laser transit, and monitoring equipment including instrumentation and pressure gauges.
6. Operate a lathe and milling machine, and required machinist equipment.
7. Work with various types of machine tools, such as conventional equipment, numerical-controlled equipment, boilers, pumps, and raw materials including structural steel material, bar and flat stock, soldering, and other metal joining materials.
What You Bring:
1. High School graduate plus completion of a four-year Mechanic Millwright Apprenticeship or a two-year Associate Degree in Mechanical Technology.
2. Four years’ experience working in the Mechanic Millwright repair field, with prior machining experience, such as lathe, milling machine, boring mill, etc.
3. Must be a sole US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.
