Sales Consultant – £23,400 basic, Uncapped commission (£30k OTE) – Cardiff (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Sales Consultant who is interested in joining a tight-knit team, working with warm leads and no cold calling!
About you…
We’re looking for people who have excellent communication skills as well as comfortable handling objections. The successful candidates will thrive on delivering results, and though it's ideal to have experience working in a telesales or sales; we’re happy if you have a background in any customer-facing industry, or are keen to learn and work in a new career with some great development opportunities.
Customer experience and quality of service will be a central skill set to these roles, we’re keen to speak to ambitious, results-orientated people who will ultimately bring our products to life! You should be a real team player who is KPI driven, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as -

What you’ll be doing…
This is a unique opportunity to join the fastest-growing company in Wales. You’ll either join the team focused on delivering the net subscriber numbers sales across South Wales or the newest team focused on delivering our customer retention target.
You will either be pro-actively contacting existing customers, upselling and managing outbound retention campaigns to consumers, or, be actively contacting customers who have registered an interest in our services (we don’t cold call!) through our outbound channel and helping to educate them about who Ogi are and what we can offer them.
You should thrive on the challenge of delivering to a target and will become a brand ambassador and sales professional who, through expertise and knowledge, is capable of delivering sales to the business. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Delivery of all KPIs including customer retention/leads, sales volume, dropout, early churn, product and package blend, and cost of acquisition.
* Be able to deliver upgrade opportunities through to sale
* Provide regular ‘insight and learnings ’ from customer feedback/ campaigns to the wider team.
* Use CRM systems and others to track and manage sales and consumer information.
