About us
You will be joining our highly regarded multi-disciplinary Clinical Team led by a Consultant Clinical Psychologist. Together we will strive towards a creative, dynamic, and evidence-based approach that strongly draws on trauma-informed, developmental, and systemic models. As a team we support each other in working in what is an often-complex area through regular team meetings, supervision spaces, and monthly reflective practice for all team members.
About the role
In this specific role, you will be supporting the Clinical team with following tasks:
• Collecting, processing and inputting data into the information management systems and databases (e.g Liquid Logic, Excel etc), and reporting on the collected statistical information ensuring accuracy and security of data and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Producing reports as required e.g monthly, quarterly, annual reports for the team.
• Using PowerPoint to prepare material as required by the team.
• Processing and responding promptly to incoming communications, accurate message taking, copying and distributing information as necessary.
• Maintaining diaries, appointment systems, scheduling and arranging meetings.
• Maintaining record-keeping systems for recording and monitoring service processes and providing regular summary reports to Clinical Team leadership and Managers.
• Developing and maintaining up to date information about the service including on the intranet, internet, and internal and external publications.
• Supporting the recruitment and induction as required.
