Job Role: Receptionist at Maria Mallaband
The Receptionist is an integral part of the care team and will have contact with residents. The role requires maintaining a friendly and courteous manner when working with or near Service Users, relatives, and visitors. As the first point of contact in the Care Home, the receptionist's duties include ensuring residents, guests, and visitors are treated courteously and efficiently at all times.
The Receptionist must uphold confidentiality regarding all discussions about residents, the Home, and staff, and must not discuss any issues outside of the Home.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance to the job location.
Key Duties include:
* Photocopying documents
* Filing
* Scanning
* Answering the telephone professionally
* Greeting relatives and visiting professionals
