Our client, an award-winning not-for-profit organisation providing a wide range of training and qualifications to the beauty industry, is currently recruiting for an Education Manager to join their team in Hempsted, Gloucester.
The key responsibilities of this role will be to oversee the day-to-day running of the coordinator team, working collaboratively at a professional level to complete the required quality assurance processes and protocols for pre and post examinations.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and willing to take a steady approach as they navigate the “learning curve” of this newly developed role.
Key responsibilities:
1. Organise and host team meetings, 121's, and training and development.
2. Ensure all paperwork is processed in a timely and accurate manner to meet examination deadlines.
3. Organise and conduct yearly audits and produce relevant documentation.
4. Support the growth and be instrumental in the development of the business.
5. Uphold and maintain governance requirements.
6. Support colleagues and other areas of the business as required.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm - office based.
Salary: From £30,000 depending on experience.
