THE ROLE
We’re looking for people with an outstanding customer service passion for our depot in Bristol. You’ll be the face of a role model for our company, reporting directly to the UKI & Nordics Area Manager, with the goal of demonstrating top customer care, maintaining the fleet of campervans in neat conditions, and showing accountability for each important instance that needs to be led to ensure the flawless functioning of the depot.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
1. Handle incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check-ins and check-outs;
2. Take care of the fleet, logistics, and ensure our campervans are maintained in top condition by monitoring maintenance and repair needs;
3. Assist in training, supervising, and coaching your team;
4. Control booking activities, manage stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
5. Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issues that may arise to ensure operations run smoothly;
6. Prepare and clean our campervans;
7. Assist in reselling campervans, preparing and showing them to prospective buyers.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
1. You are a travel enthusiast with an aptitude for direct contact with customers, with experience in tourism, hospitality, retail, or rent-a-car being desirable;
2. You’re fluent in English (mandatory) and the local language (if applicable);
3. You’re eligible to work in the UK, have a valid driver's license, and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory);
4. You’re available to work weekends and national holidays;
5. You’re a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;
6. You’re well-organized and good at solving problems.
