The Role
As a Client Relations Executive, you will play a crucial role in the expansion and nurturing of our client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Client Acquisition: Identifying and engaging potential new clients to broaden our market presence.
2. Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
3. Strategic Initiatives: Implementing strategic sales plans to meet business targets and enhance client engagement.
4. Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.
5. Proposal Development: Preparing customised proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
6. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Leading negotiations and closing deals to meet revenue goals.
About You
You are an energetic professional with a budding interest in business development, ideally with some experience or a strong desire to enter the recruitment industry. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are skilled in negotiation, and have a strategic mindset towards business growth. You thrive in dynamic environments and are motivated by achieving and surpassing targets.
