The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Dynamics CRM, and .Net development. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Dynamics CRM. Customise and configure Dynamics 365 CE to meet business requirements. Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using .Net and other relevant technologies. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance standards. Document technical designs, processes, and configurations. Stay updated with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 CE and related technologies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a D365 CE Technical Consultant. Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Dynamics CRM. Proficiency in .Net development, including C# and ASP.Net. Experience with Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate, is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CE and .Net are preferred.
