Are you a Registered Nurse with a qualification in Occupational Health, and looking for an exciting opportunity to work for a new service in Hampshire?
Connect2Socialwork is looking for a Clinical Lead to be responsible for the day-to-day running, managing, and leading the team of the OH provision.
This role is mostly office-based at one location, but with travel around Hampshire for meetings as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Registered nurse with a specialist qualification in occupational health and on Part 3 of the NMC register.
2. Experience of delivering an effective occupational service.
3. Experience managing a team.
4. Understanding of business needs and contract management.
5. Commercial awareness.
6. Strong people management skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing, persuading, and motivating.
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
9. Evidence of continued professional development.
10. Ideally have own transport.
WHAT’S ON OFFER:
· Salary: £54,539 - £61,124 (DOE)
· Working hours: Monday to Friday
· Hybrid working
