ROLE SUMMARY Leadership role accountable for the operational optimization, quality and compliance of the International Medical Information & Review organization. Responsible for the delivery of centralized Medical Information and Review (MI&R) services, on behalf of the international market / cluster leads, through strategic hubs located across the world. Medical Information – includes the development and maintenance of MI content and the oversight of MI Customer interactions. Medical Review – deliver timely and high-quality medical review of Pfizer commercial and medical content to ensure adherence to Pfizer policies and standards and prevailing local regulation. What You Will Achieve In this role, you will: Oversees the process and operations of Medical Information and Review functions across international markets and leads relationship with key business partners (MQG, US MI&R, MOES etc) to align globally and locally. Strategic lead, on behalf of the International MI&R Lead, for organizational, project management and financial excellence. Responsible for proactively performing data analysis to inform the Leadership Team and Stakeholders of insights, status and trends, and to support strategic resource management, operational efficiency and compliance. Channel Management and Oversight: Define strategic and prioritized channel deployment (chatbots/ websites/ live-chat). Oversees channel engagement and acts as the key point of contact with key business partners (MOES, Digital etc.) to support regional needs and enhancements. Operationalize transformative initiatives by identifying opportunities to centralize and prioritize key work tasks across International MI&R. Design, implement & oversee MI&R hubs to deliver these activities in an integrated and efficient manner. Foster a culture of high organizational performance, recruiting, retaining, and developing a diverse world-class team. Integral part of International MI&R LT. Key contributor to global MI&R strategy development by applying a deep understanding of MI&R, business priorities and customer needs/ expectations in aligned markets. Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) BS in Pharmacy or a related field. Master’s in science with MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD preferred. Extensive experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry – Medical/R&D, Strategy, Consulting, Operational & Business experience a plus. Strong experience of mgmt. experience; regional level experience or leading in a matrix environment preferred. Prior experience in Project Management, Business Operations and a solid understanding and adherence to Project Management methodologies. Extensive knowledge of Legal and Regulatory environment and its impact on the pharmaceutical industry including provisions regarding scientific exchange. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational maturity and ability to develop a network of trusted relationships with peers and other stakeholders.
