We are seeking to appoint an outstanding individual to lead our Modern Foreign Language Department. This role is pivotal in continuing the school’s plans to achieve excellence for all our students.
The successful candidate will be expected to continue to develop and deliver an innovative and challenging curriculum which caters for the diverse needs of our students. We require an excellent classroom practitioner who is a creative thinker with strong communication and leadership skills. You should have good interpersonal skills and a proven track record of successfully implementing departmental strategies to develop teaching and learning across the Modern Foreign Language Department. You will have a proven track record of promoting outstanding progress and outcomes for students at GCSE and/or A’ Level.
