Technical Coordinator - New Build Housing
Staffordshire/Hybrid working
£47,000 - 55,000 + bonus + package

Kitson Associates are excited to share a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join a largely successful housebuilder due to continued growth within the team.
Role and Responsibilities
* Oversee the technical aspects of residential developments from design to completion
* Manage consultant contracts, fee proposals, and appointments.
* Work closely with internal teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all designs are buildable and comply with regulatory standards.
* Ensure all technical information (working drawings, consultant documents, and approvals) is accurately coordinated and submitted to building control and warranty providers.
* Support the Land, Planning, and Development teams during land acquisition and planning condition discharge.
* Lead and participate in Pre-Start Meetings to align departments on engineering and design requirements.
Skills and Experience
* BTEC HND/HNC in Design, Construction, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
* Experience in a technical role within residential construction, including experience in project design and delivery.
* Proficient with AutoCAD
* Commercial awareness and the ability to make decisions within your authority.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Mathematical proficiency and a keen eye for detail.
* Experience with Viewpoint drawing management system (not essential)
* Experience managing technical fees and services costings (not essential)
