Position Overview: Due to continued growth, LOBO Systems is looking for a driven Technical Sales Engineer to help fuel further expansion. This role involves 2-3 days a week visiting client sites with regular overnight stays with the remainder of the time being spent at our Derby office HQ.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform site assessments, deliver product demonstrations, and produce quotes and technical drawings.
* Develop effective strategies and forge strong relationships with key clients.
* Promote and sell LOBO Systems’ world-class access solutions to customers across various sectors.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
* Track company expenses and collaborate closely with other team members.
* Ensure compliance with company policies (ISO 9001 standards) and complete necessary reports on time.
Location: Derby
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 OTE (inc £35,000 - £45,000 base per annum DOE + Uncapped commission)
Benefits: Excellent remuneration package inc: 23 days Annual Leave (including Christmas shut down) + Bank Holidays, pension scheme, Early finish Fridays, Team socials and industry-leading uncapped commission structure, paid monthly.

Qualifications:
* Mechanical engineering understanding and/or background
* 3+ years’ experience in a target-driven sales role
* Proficient in using quoting software, Office 365, and VISIO (or CAD).
* Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities to drive sales growth.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
* Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Demonstrated experience in solution selling, understanding customer needs, and delivering customised proposals.
