What We’re Looking For
* A qualified Maths Teacher with a passion for the subject and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
* Experience in teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Enthusiasm for inspiring young learners and helping them achieve their academic potential.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Planning and delivering engaging and effective maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with the possibility of KS5).
* Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all students, ensuring each learner reaches their potential.
* Assessing student progress, providing feedback, and setting targets for improvement.
* Contributing to the development of the maths curriculum and helping students prepare for exams.
* Supporting students’ overall well-being and fostering a positive, respectful learning environment.
