Job Description
We're recruiting for an Index Team Assistant to join us. We're offering a competitive base salary. Working in the Index, ETFs & Systematic Solutions Dept of the Investments division of Legal & General Asset Management. Working within the business management team alongside the PA to the Head of dept, you will provide an Assistant/PA service for diary management support to the Head of Index Solutions and their team, the Head of ETFs and the Head of Index Analytics & Tech along with administrative support to the overall department staff as may be required.
What you'll be doing:
* Co-ordinating and actively managing stakeholder diaries, anticipating issues, managing priorities and conflicts
* Arranging all meetings in a collaborative manner to ensure optimum use of stakeholders' time
* Actively managing incoming communications via email, Teams or telephone with general enquiries
* Coordinating travel plans on behalf of stakeholders from Distribution for client investment meetings or pitches as required
* Managing attendance and preparation for meetings and events by providing timely reminders. Greeting and escorting visitors to meeting rooms as may be required.
* Producing and formatting documents, papers, reports and presentations within brand guidelines to meet company standards
* Carrying out general administration tasks as may be required
* Covering for annual leave within the dept and as required for the PAs/TAs within Investments floor.
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
* Experience as a Team Assistant or administrative role
* Working knowledge of Microsoft office packages
* Good organisation skills
* Attention to detail
