Customer Support Administrator, Poole, Part Time - Temporary £26,000 FTE
As a Customer Support Administrator, you will be working for a well established client in the Poole area providing support to the sales team.
As a Customer Support Administrator you will be:
* Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring accurate information.
* Plan and coordinate engineer schedules, customer visits, and diaries.
* Process sales orders, generate quotations, and manage order confirmations and dispatch communication with customers.
* Provide administrative support to the Customer Service team, including handling incoming calls and emails, and covering for colleagues when required.
As a Customer Support Administrator you will have:
* Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Essential experience in customer service and office administration
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach
* Experience with CRM/ERP systems and database management is a plus
* Good communication skills, calm under pressure, and a technical or sales/support-driven mindset desirable
