Job summary The Integrated Neighbourhood Teams are looking for a Band 5 Community Nurse to join our community nursing team across the neighbourhoods of Central Woking and Sheerwater, North and West Woking, East Woking and South Woking. The Community Team visit patients in their own home as well as care homes. We offer excellent opportunities for training and development of both your clinical and leadership skills. The team has experienced Senior District Nurses who will ensure that you have the necessary support for your personal development. The community nursing service works over a 7-day week 8.00am to 8.00pm offering a variable shift pattern and includes weekend and bank holiday working. This post requires an Adult Nursing qualification. Newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply for this position. You will be supported with a comprehensive induction and training package as needed, to help you settle in, with the time and opportunity to get to know the people on your caseload, along with development opportunities.
