We are seeking an experienced Social Worker who has a highly developed specialist knowledge in safeguarding adults
This successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the following:
andnbsp;The Care Act (2014) Mental Capacity Act (2005) Theandnbsp; Human Right Act (1998)andnbsp; DOLS (2009)andnbsp; Domestic Abuse Act (2021) Making Safeguarding Personal and other relevant local and national legislation and policy Frameworks.andnbsp;
You will be required to triage safeguarding concerns received, complete initial enquiries, complete formal s42 enquiry reports and chair safeguarding meetings.
As one of the Senior Practitioners within the team you will play a key role in providing professional supervision on both a formal and informal basis to members of the team, you will also deputise for the team manager when required.
