Group Finance Director - Surrey based on Site
I am presently working with a leading player in the Hotels sector who is now seeking to appoint the following key role due to its continued growth and acquisitions:
Group Finance Director -
self accounting experience and HOTEL exposure with a turnover c £18-20m essential!!
* Day to day financial control of between 3-4 site locations in Home Counties with this role be site based at one of the venues
* To reconcile balance Sheet control accounts thereby ensuring that the company's accounts reflect a true and fair view.
* To challenge information given in the monthly forecast submitted by the property and to ensure properties take the necessary action to implement recommendations from this review.
* To review the annual property budget and make recommendations for improving returns and reducing costs.
* Responsibility of operational controls at the Hotels with control of operational costs including Payroll, Linen, Food & Beverage performance
* To support the business in achieving its financial objectives.
* To produce Management Information (including P&L, Balance Sheet) for the properties
* To prepare of VAT/Pension/PAYE reporting and completion of payments within deadlines
* To prepare Cashflow forecasting - Weekly/Monthly & Rolling Annual
* To prepare forecasts & Budgets of Revenue & Costs for weekly/monthly & annual reporting
In return for your skills and experience we have the following package to discuss with the suitable Group Finance Director
A strong Basic salary c £80,000 - 110,000
Mileage allowance for travel between properties overnight stay allowances and much more
