The business provides innovative analytics and data-driven insights that empower life sciences / pharma organisations to make informed decisions, optimise operations, and drive growth. As they continue to expand their presence in the UK, they are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales Manager, with a strong track record of growing and retaining accounts, to join their London team. Sales Manager - Account Management Sector: Business Intelligence Location : London - Victoria · Basic: £60,000 - £70,000 · Plus OTE £65,000 · 2 Days pw in the Victoria office Responsibilities: Managing a team of 5-6 SME Account Sales Reps Retention and Growth of all existing accounts Reporting on all strategic and performance related data. Build, review and feedback on account planning strategy. Motivation, training, development and performance of your team. Pipeline management and accuracy To be considered for the role you will need: 5 Years of B2B sales experience, ideally in account management 2 years of sales management, inclusive. Experience of selling into the biopharma / life science would be beneficial. Track record of achieving and overachieving sales team targets. Pro-active, ambitious and good motivator.
