LCS is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) – a proactive, high-energy sales professional ready to impact the future of our commercial success. This is an exciting opportunity to develop business across LCS accreditations, qualifications, and our software solution, while also strengthening our relationships with existing members, adding value, upselling and cross selling.

What You’ll Do:
* Develop & Close New Business – Identify, engage, and convert global organisations looking to accredit their improvement training, individuals seeking LCS qualifications, and businesses that need a full lean academy solution.
* Expand & Retain – Build deep relationships with accredited organisations, driving upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.
* Collaborate & Influence – Work closely with the wider Reinvigoration Group revenue teams to maximise sales opportunities.
* Network & Sell at Enterprise Level – Engage with senior decision-makers and high-profile clients in large enterprises and public sector organisations worldwide.
* Travel & Represent LCS – Meet prospects and clients in person and attend events, strengthening relationships and accelerating deal closures.
* Optimise Sales Processes – Leverage HubSpot to improve automation, deal pipeline management, and CRM data quality.
Who You Are:
* Enterprise B2B Sales Expert – Proven track record in selling to senior stakeholders in large organisations.
* Relationship Builder – Strong ability to create and nurture professional networks.
* Continuous Improvement/Lean Knowledge (Preferred) – Experience or understanding of Lean/CI is a bonus.
* Exceptional Communicator – Fluent/native in English, with outstanding verbal and written skills.
* Tech-Savvy & CRM-Driven – Comfortable using HubSpot and other sales tools to drive results.
* Proactive & Strategic – Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing a sales pipeline with minimal oversight.

The location:
The role is based on a hybrid basis from our office at Cardiff University
This role pays an attractive base salary of between £40,000-£50,000 with an OTE of £60,000 dependent on individual performance.
