Responsibilities will be dependent on the department. An example of a starting-level Sales Consultant responsibilities are:
1. Answering the telephone to set company standards and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Meeting with clients visiting the office.
3. Responding to enquiries via e-mail.
4. Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations, financial & legal services leads, viewings and customer reviews.
5. Management of outstanding viewings in terms of viewing follow-up/feedback and confirmation.
