Job Description We have a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager. You will be process & results orientated, ambitious, hands on, financially aware. Package; £55,000 OTE - £10,000 overs. What you’ll be doing As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives to perform at their very best. You will be responsible for training and developing your team and will support and coach them to maximise both New and Used car sales volume and profitability whilst delivering great customer service. You will be responsible for creating a high commitment culture based around strong enquiry management and sales processes that will result in a good performance across several important key performance indicators. Responsibilities To manage and motivate the Sales team to achieve sales targets on vehicles and finance, insurance products and high levels of customer satisfaction. To provide support and training to sales executives regarding prospecting, sales presentation and customer handling such that each member of your team is confident in their role and can meet Company and Brand expectations. To comply to FCA guidelines on the selling of financial services/products and your department operates with a strong focus on Treating Customers Fairly. To ensure that all new and used stock is managed in a professional and diligent manner. To develop and execute marketing plans and actions. To ensure that good relationships are maintained with other Company employees and manufacturer staff. Your experience/skills To have experience in sales management with proven experience in leading and developing a high-functioning sales team, within the motor industry. To have high standards, with the ability to show versality and drive new innovative ideas to the sales team to increase performance and service. To have strong communication skills which will enable you to communicate credibly and confidently with customers, colleagues and senior management. To have excellent IT skills and the ability to keep up to date with complex information, proven negotiating skills and good analytical and problem-solving skills. To be professional and well presented with a passion for customer service.
