Interim Internal Communications Partner, North West, up to c£55,000 plus excellent benefits, 12 month fixed term contract. Our client, a rapidly growing, global organisation with an enviable reputation for excellence, are going through a period of change and now require an Internal Communications Business Partner to join them for a period of up to 12 months. As Internal Communications Business Partner you will report into the Head of Internal Communications and form part of the wider HR team. Acting as a true partner to the business you will be responsible for leading on all Communications activity across the organisation, whilst actively improving existing communication channels and driving employee engagement. You will work with the business on a variety of Internal Communications initiatives that engages and facilitates a wide range of employees, whilst ensuring projects are successfully communicated in a consistent way. An experienced and credible communications professional, you have the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and have a proven track record of commercially adding value and driving communications within a fast paced environment.
