12-month HR Business Partner opportunity.
Regional HR Business Partner - North of England, north Midlands, and Wales.
We're assisting our client in recruiting a suitably experienced HR Business Partner for 12 months, in a regional role across the North of England, hybrid, with one day per month roughly to visit the office in South Yorkshire for meetings. The role attracts:

The role involves:
* Working closely with union representatives to build positive working relationships and work collaboratively.
* Delivering HR support to line managers and employees across various UK sites
* Trusted partner to senior management, advising on people-related matters.
* Using reports and information to identify, and implement new ideas to drive improvement.
* Using data to inform decisions and using BI to build up a better picture of areas for improvement and enhanced understanding
* Monitoring and reviewing HR policies, and updating where necessary.
To be successful in your application you need to be able to demonstrate:
