Required Qualifications: ?Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence ? Two years proven experience within a similar role ? Fire Safety/Marshal/Warden L2 (completed within the past 18 months) ? Emergency First Aid at Work EFAW (completed within the past 12 months) ? ACT - Awareness E-Learning (completed within the past 12 months) ? ACT - Security E-Learning (completed within the past 12 months) ? WAVE (Welfare and Vulnerability Engagement) ? RAP (Risk Analysis of People) ? Equality & Diversity ( completed within the past 18 months) two work references required Key Responsibilities: ? Act as an ambassador for ASMEP, promoting high standards of service and practice at all times by upholding our policies and procedures reflecting the corporate vision ?P rovide a high level of service ?R eport writing and submission ?F ire Safety & First Aid ?F irst responder to any incidents that may occur and deal with effectively ?I ngress & egress (including emergency and CT) ?C onducting briefings and debriefings ?P articipate in on-site training ?P romote communication between colleagues and departments for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that may arise ?P rovide guidance and support to colleagues, being considerate to all stakeholders and using a creative approach to problem solving ?M aintain a proactive and visible presence throughout the venue, monitoring and raising service and standards accordingly And any other duties as reasonably requested by the Head Door Supervisor, Walker, DPS and ASMEP Directors Personal Qualities: ? Ability to absorb information from a variety of written documents, which will inform best practice working events. An organised and logical individual Location/Type of work: London Bridge, Oxford Circus, Kings Cross. Concerts, Corporate Events, Food Courts, Events and Club Nights Ad-hoc events varying from 5 to 11 hrs per shift (evenings and weekends) with some sites operating up to 7 days a week.
