Please note that we do not accept multiple applications and you should only select and apply to one programme per year Level 4 Actuarial Technician Apprenticeship Programme Location: Reigate Closing Date: 1st November 2024 The Role Are you looking for a role where you can make an immediate impact, delivering exceptional service to our clients in the financial consulting area? As an Actuarial Technician apprentice, you will be developing valuable skills from day one, while also working towards the Level 4 Actuarial Technician Apprenticeship qualification. You’ll be working alongside analysts and consultants helping to produce calculations and provide advice to our clients. The Actuarial Technician is a consulting support role where you will work as part of a client team on a wide variety of complex projects. You will be part of a local apprentice team but also included in a wider growing group of apprentices in other offices and disciplines. Your manager and assigned mentor will be on hand at all times to fully guide you through your programme - making adjustments as necessary to ensure you achieve your full potential. This role will give you the opportunity to build both a wide-ranging technical skillset and develop your communication skills by liaising with a variety of colleagues and external parties. In an industry driven by legislation, no two days are the same. Our apprentices will experience this work variety immediately and see this continue as their careers develop, with opportunities to focus in specialised areas. You will get to work with numerous pieces of software which we use to provide solutions to our clients. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to continue to progress within the Retirement team, developing broader technical skills and knowledge of actuarial techniques supported by our extensive in-house training resources and tailored programmes. Qualifications Training & Qualifications This apprenticeship is a 24-36 month programme where you will be provided off the job training and a highly competitive study support package. You will be fully supported by WTW and our official government approved training provider throughout the duration of the programme.
