Project Manager/Agile Facilitator sought with Scrum Mastering knowledge/experience within manufacturing businesses.

The Project Manager/Agile Facilitator is sought for an initial 6 month contract in a leading edge manufacturing business where you will be embedded in the 20 strong product development team comprising Engineers and Technicians across mechanical, electrical, electronics, software and project management disciplines. The team is actively engaged in a specific and vital ground breaking product development project.
Working with most of this team plus others in production, quality and procurement, and with Engineers from the company’s overseas manufacturing facility, the duties of the Project Manager/Agile Facilitator will include:
1. Coordinate Agile ceremonies (PI/ sprints planning and review, retrospective and daily stand ups) and workshops: booking, records, cadence, minutes.
2. Raise and address impediments.
3. Work with product owner to handle backlog and new requests.
4. Ensure the team follows the framework.
5. Mentoring and motivating the team to improve processes.
6. Assure the appropriate tools for the team are in place. Migrate specific tools (Miro, Jira), if required.
7. Promote collaboration across the project team members and coordinate international team for collaboration, including externals. Target engagement for new team members.
8. Monitor progress of planning and deliver against the planning.
9. Implement KPIs targeting project continuous improvement and measure accomplishments and speed of progress.
10. Use of simultaneously engineering approach, not purely scrum.
