Dynamite Recruitment is working with a well-established business that has a respectable size HR team that they are looking to expand for the short term on a fixed term contract to run until March 2026. We are seeking someone who has had some exposure in HR and is looking to work for a large national business to gain further exposure.
The Role of a HR Coordinator:
1. To assist in short term absence meetings
2. To be a support function within principles of investigations
3. Process updates on the internal system
4. To review policies
5. To manage and be a contact for flexible working requests
6. To manage and process any internal change of contract forms
7. To manage a busy HR inbox
8. To be a trusted first point of contact for any internal queries
9. To work closely with the HR team and support with pulling and updating data in preparation for reports
10. To provide overall support to the HR team
