Role Overview:
* Reporting directly to the Partner of the property team.
* Handle a diverse property portfolio: shopping centres, care homes, buy-to-lets, and more.
* Manage property insolvencies, ensuring adherence to the firm’s strict guidelines.
* Oversee from initiation to conclusion, maximising stakeholder returns.
* Engage with stakeholders, delivering consistent quality.
* Attend marketing events, championing the firm’s vision.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong academic background.
* Minimum three years experience; insolvency qualification a plus.
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
