At Junior Adventures Group, we are on the lookout for Childcare Club Managers to join our growing family. You’d be joining the UK’s leading provider of wraparound childcare, offering a range of roles in our Breakfast, After School, and Holiday Clubs!
Responsibilities:
* Manage, direct, and assist team members in their delivery of a safe and effective programme, ensuring a motivated and happy team.
* Plan and execute structured and exciting activities that encourage maximum participation, such as multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, structured play, and more, ensuring they are age-appropriate.
* Ensure effective communication between your venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre, and Central Operations.

This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. You must provide two references: one from your most recent employer and the other from a childcare setting (if applicable). We will conduct a DBS check on your behalf, so please prepare the correct documentation. You must meet these requirements to be eligible for the hiring process.
