The Role This role reports into the Head of Customer Services and manages a team of 7. Duties will include: Managing the team on a day to day basis. Delivering training to the team & individuals where required. Be the point of escalation for customer complaints Coaching and employee development Recruit and train new team members Identify improvements that could be made and find solutions Monitor and manage work-flow within the team Analyse complex information Monitor and report on KPIs What are we looking for?
