Role Overview
The role of the Business Support Administrator is to support the effective operational delivery of membership and customer subscriptions processing, finance reconciliation, departmental administration support, and audit. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate membership records on the RCN CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing new membership applications and re-instatements, including processing payments via Direct Debit, cash, and card.
2. Processing and responding to member and customer enquiries received via any method.
3. Undertaking membership systems tasks/process that support the membership subscription management.
4. Compiling reports/analysis on membership income received.
5. Undertaking audits of CRM records and departmental processes.
6. Undertaking other membership administrative tasks as required/directed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Exceptional customer service skills are essential. You’ll need the ability to use Microsoft Office Packages including MS Dynamics, Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet to an intermediate standard. Your interpersonal skills will be exceptional, as building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders is vital. You should possess highly developed multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.

*We offer a competitive pay structure with annual pay progression until you reach the top of the salary scale. We normally offer new employees the first point of the salary range, although you may be able to negotiate a higher starting salary depending on your skills, experience, and current salary.
