Harnham is working with a leading data, insights, and consulting company, that aims to understand how people shop, share, think, and vote. They work with a large variety of clients across FMCG and Tech industries. They are looking for a research manager to lead client projects and offer their expertise to use insights to offer credible solutions for their branding needs.
THE ROLE:
You will:
1. Demonstrate a passion for brands and communications alongside an ability to learn and a desire to improve your skills.
2. Run brand tracking projects.
3. Lead various client projects from brief and costing through to analysis and debrief, ensuring the smooth running of the research projects and a happy client throughout.
4. Be responsible for the budget and cost control of the project.
5. Contribute to their collaborative culture, with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to your work.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
You will need to have:
1. Strong experience in Quantitative Research, ideally within brand.
2. Excellent communication skills - being clear, confident, persuasive, and empathetic with clients and co-workers.
3. Brand tracking and brand communications experience is a must.
4. Ideally full-service research experience, Project Management as well as Insight.
5. Outstanding communicator (written and verbally), with proven client management experience.
6. Some experience mentoring or training more junior members of a team.
7. Proven in developing and landing actionable insights for clients.
