Horizon Care and Education have an exciting opportunity for an Art Teacher to join Olympus school in South Croydon.
This school is located in a quiet residential area of Croydon and specialises in the education of children and young people aged 11-19 across 2 sites.
A horizon schools specialise in the education for children with SEN and SEMH, you will be working exclusively with this environment and will be tasked with delivering fun and creative art lessons which adhere to curriculum and children's educational needs.

Minimum requirements:
- QTS or QTLS Qualification
- Have proven teaching and learning experience
- Experience Teaching Art to students with SEN and SEMH of all different stages and abilities.
- Have up to date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience.
The ideal candidate should:
- Be an outstanding classroom practitioner.
- Have the energy, passion, and drive to raise standard.
- Have initiative, vision, excellent planning, and organisational skills.
- Have experience of working with students with SEMH and additional needs .
- Have knowledge and understanding of developments in education.
