* £80,000 - £85,000 basic salary
* 10% Individual performance related bonus
* 10% Company performance related bonus

The Job Role
* The Operations Director will be responsible for recruiting, motivating, managing and developing a team of Operations Managers.
* To work with the sales team on new tenders and re-tenders.
* The Operations Director will report into the Managing Director.
The Requirements
* A career within education contract catering is essential.
* A proven Head of Operations or Operations Director with previous experience in managing a minimum of £8m annual revenue.
* An Operations Director with a proven track record of contract retention as a result of strong client relationships.
* The successful Operations Director will be a self-starter with a passion for people development.
* A strong commercial acumen to maximise revenue, as well as a sound understanding of revenue, budget and cost analysis.
The Location
* Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon
* A regional 'road based' role, the successful Operations Director will be within close proximity of the above counties.
