Assess student progress through lab reports, presentations, and written assessments, providing constructive feedback to enhance their understanding of chemistry. Contribute to the development of the science curriculum and participate in departmental initiatives to promote excellence in science education. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Science with a strong background and specialism in Chemistry. A good understanding of the secondary science curriculum and effective teaching strategies for Chemistry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex chemical concepts clearly and engagingly.
