It is a busy, active and hands-on hospitality position, working front of house with overnight guests in a range of unique accommodation throughout the year, as well as seasonal involvement in weddings and event accommodation where required. Manage bookings: using booking softwares, phone & email, and completing associated administrative tasks Guest liaison: answering pre-arrival queries, upselling experiences, providing a warm and friendly service to all guests before, during and after their stay and ensuring their experience with us is positive. Leading on guest feedback and complaints and taking appropriate action Lead on accommodation software management (pricing, booking rules, offers in collaboration with management team) Onsite operation tasks: Ensure beautiful styling and presentation of communal areas and guest accommodation, liaison with housekeeping & maintenance team Work with kitchen team & assist in kitchen processes to ensure high guest food standards Lead processes with a small front of house team, offering support and developing training Contribute to establishing and maintaining operational standards Additional admin tasks related to software and office admin support Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and clients Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience from pre-booking to post-stay Implement strategies for long-term success Assist Event and Wedding Team with event delivery on occasion Who we are looking for? Due to the nature of the role weekend and evening work will be required on a regular basis. This will always be discussed and agreed in advance. Accommodation is available, if required, for late finishes. Kingshill Farm, Elmley Nature Reserve, Sheerness, Kent ME12 3RW will be the place of work. Elmley is located in North Kent it is 30mins from Faversham, Maidstone and the Medway Towns, 45mins from Canterbury, 1 hour from South London. Due to the rural location own transport is essential.
