Hightown Housing Association are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Invoicing Specialist to join our dynamic team About the Role: As a part time Business Information Care Contract Officer, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing of supported scheme contracts, maintaining up-to-date financial and contract information for our service users, and ensuring that all monies due to Hightown are invoiced and reconciled regularly. You will play a crucial role in supporting both internal and external stakeholders with financial queries, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Key Responsibilities: Process Incoming Payments: Handle payment schedules from external partners, ensuring our database matches the payments, raising invoices, and reconciling payments. Create Regular Invoices: Generate invoices for contracts in line with payment and invoicing terms for all service users. Collaborate with Finance: Work closely with the Finance Department and external agencies to resolve any discrepancies whilst reconciling databases. Support Business Manager Users: Assist with financial and contract queries and provide training to Operations Managers. Manage Accruals: Report on accruals for contracts not yet invoiced and provide monthly updates to Management Accounts. Regular Meetings: Discuss contract value reports and communicate changes, concerns, and issues with the Business Process Manager and C&SH Management team. Administer Funding Increments: Ensure timely administration of annual funding increments and communicate changes in client contributions or direct payments.
