What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing the daily operations of the office, providing support and assistance to ensure smooth and efficient functioning, maintaining a high standard of upkeep, handling reception duties, and creating a welcoming environment for both employees and visitors.

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience managing reception duties, including calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
* Maintaining the office environment and ensuring cleanliness of communal areas.
* Organising and handling office supplies, catering, and staff event organisation.
* Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, both UK and abroad.
* Manage suppliers, couriers, and office facilities.
* HR Administration and Compliance.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team collaboration.
* Proactive and capable of working both independently and in a team setting.
Hours & Benefits
* 35 hours Monday to Friday
