Our client, a highly respected and established law firm based in Hexham, is seeking an experienced Residential Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual with a strong background in residential conveyancing to contribute to a thriving legal practice that prides itself on exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring smooth progression from instruction to completion.
* Draft and review contracts, transfer documents, and other key legal paperwork.
* Conduct title checks, property searches, and other due diligence tasks.
* Maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties.
* Provide support to solicitors with more complex cases and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
* Accurately maintain records using the firm’s case management system.
* Deliver outstanding client care by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in residential conveyancing is essential.
* In-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process and related legislation.
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
* Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
* Proficiency with case management systems and IT tools.
