Oakleaf Partnership are working with a Not-for-Profit organisation in Manchester who are seeking an HR Information Analyst to join and support the wider HR team and business on a permanent basis. The role will be responsible for building and maintaining reports and self-service dashboards and conduct analysis to embed a data-driven culture to ultimately improve business performance and manage risk. The role is based in Manchester and offers hybrid and flexible working.
What is the role?
As an HR Information Analyst, you will report to the HR Systems Manager and be responsible for:
1. Producing reports, dashboards, and insights in Business Objects to support decision-making.
2. Delivering accurate, timely and meaningful data analysis
3. Acting as the reporting champion for Business Objects and other modern reporting tools
4. Developing clear and measurable KPIs and delivering regular reporting, including monthly scorecards and annual reports.
